Drew and Heather are beyond Aces! I came to them in Jan when my regular CPAP company left me high and dry when my machine broke. Drew got me a loaner and saved my life. Fast forward to June and Heather went out of her way to help me get the ball rolling on a new machine. Just yesterday we finished the deal. I picked up my cpap machine, I was referred to the medigas office at the Queensway Carleton. I was treated with the upmost respect by the extremely knowledgeable Drew. The whole session was informative and explanations were clear and concise. I look forward to shopping with them again.
