Any PURCHASE you make (even if it has not come out of the original packaging) is not returnable! So beware, don't purchase unless you absolutely do not have to return or exchange. I purchased a replacement hose (in its original package) for my CPAP, and they will ONLY take it back with a 20% restocking fee. Good thing all the other stores don't charge 20% on returns. Not happy that even though I priced product on Medigas website, Got to the store and the prices are different, almost $100 more in store compared to online. Was told they can't honor Medigas online pricing in store. So much for trying to go in to business to support.
