I went to Medigas in Sault Ste Marie On . The staff are excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Lynn explained the reasons I needed the Apap machine, was thorough in explaining my issues and also how to properly use and maintain the unit. All my questions were answered in great detail in a way that most average person would be able to understand. I had a fantastic experience BiPAP machine. The employee was very knowledgable Easy to deal with. The appointment was quick on time. I would recommend anyone with respiratory issues to come to Mathias. They’re the place to be. My overall experience was highly positive.

Any PURCHASE you make (even if it has not come out of the original packaging) is not returnable! So beware, don't purchase unless you absolutely do not have to return or exchange. I purchased a replacement hose (in its original package) for my CPAP, and they will ONLY take it back with a 20% restocking fee. Good thing all the other stores don't charge 20% on returns.
