Not happy that even though I priced product on Medigas website, Got to the store and the prices are different, almost $100 more in store compared to online. Was told they can't honor Medigas online pricing in store. So much for trying to go in to business to support.
I met with Lynn to start my CPAP therapy today and she was knowledgeable and comforting. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience from the moment I arrived until I left. I feel as I start this new process, that I have the support when needed.

Lynn Allard and the entire Medigas Sault Ste Marie team went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up and taken care of for me. This is my first time having to ever wear a sleep apnea mask and I was very nervous about having so much on my face along with tubing near me while I slept and Lynn took in all my concerns with kindness and compassion and ensured that I had the most appropriate mask to ensure that my anxiety was at ease and that I could now sleep easier at night ! Thank you Medigas SSM team !
