Great customer service, starting with the front desk staff. Richard who assisted my mom in getting her fitted for her 1st time diabetic shoes has an excellent demeanor, extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with the many questions I had for him. Then we were introduced by another professional, Joe Escobedo, who also graciously assisted my mom with additional medical concerns regarding her chronic feet cramps and quickly found a resolution for it. I highly recommend anyone to them.
Dolores Rico was absolutely amazing and took such great care of both my mom and me. She was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. Mediforce is an outstanding company, and we're so grateful for the exceptional care and compassion we received. I highly recommend them!
