They cancelled my appointment due to their internal reasons but they messaged me later to give me a cancelled spot for today, otherwise i was waiting 15 days for my previous appointment and i don’t want to book another one and again wait for two weeks. But they helped me well and didn’t let me wait for another 15 days and just gave me a spot after a week of my real appointment date.

Brought in an existing pair of insight orthotics and asked for an exact duplicate. 3 weeks after order I get a call saying delivery is delayed. Another week later I get a call asking for pictures of my orthotics because the lab needs to know the material to use. Another week later I get delivery and they arrive with a metatarsal pad which I did not want and my existing pair that I brought to my original appointment did not have. Unprofessional! Waiting for my son’s appointment for Heel pain from 15 days and just one day before they are telling me that no doctor is available while they have 3-4 doctors on their location. My son is feeling bad as he again has to wait and they didn’t provide me close day appointment for upcoming days and now I can’t see any appointments before another 15 days. Say patient has to pay if don’t show up but what about clinics with multiple doctors on location if they cancel customers appointments on spot ?
"I had a fantastic first time experience at MediiFeet Clinic and Orthotics. Tammy, the front desk staff was welcoming and attentive. Nida, the chiropodist was gentle, professional, and very knowledgeable. She assured me the cause of my foot paiin will later vanish with the treatment and after care plan she gave me. No pain, no gain. I feel much better right after the chiropody care provided and I will definitely come back for any foot care need in the future!
