I usually never bother writing a review no matter how good the service was, but truly medifast made me write an 5 star review due to their amazing service that helped me fulfill my dream of becoming fit and loosing a hell of pounds. I joined Medifast on 09/09/2017. Jeanne has been assigned to be my weight counselor. After a thorough checkup, we agreed on a weight loss goal of 50 lbs. until March 2018. After being 6 weeks into the program, I have already lost 23 lbs., and I am feeling great. My blood sugar and blood pressure is back to a healthy range, I am sleeping much better, and I have much more energy. I can't say enough good things about this company. I feel like I have been given my life back by them. I was 325 lbs. & thought I would be that way the rest of my life. I saw a couple of sisters that worked for the same company as me that had both lost weight so I asked them how they did it and they both told me MEDIFAST. I went from 322 pounds to 186 lbs. In 7 months while on the medifast program in 2011. I weighed myself this morning, 6+ years later and I still weigh 186. My ability to maintain my weight is a testament to the medifast program. They teach you how to eat, which allows you to keep the weight off for life. Medifast works...all you need is will power.
Over 30 pound weight loss was fast and easier than I ever dreamed. Counselor Maydee was fantastic, very supportive. Feel great!
