First visit. Experience was very good.
My whole experience from check in to the time I walked out of the Madison Family Dentistry office was excellent. The staff and doctors are the greatest I've ever interacted with from any dentists office. Thanks to all of your staff for making my visit enjoyable.
As usual, the staff at Madison Family Dentistry were courteous and accommodating. Dr. McIntosh was professional and conveyed the procedures I would undergo in an easy to understand manner and answered all questions. I really like the all of the individuals working here. Definitely one of the best dental offices I have been to during my 65 years!
The entire team, especially the ladies up front, are friendly and fun to talk to. The Dentist, Dr. Paul and his wife, are such professionals; they ensure that their patients are comfortable at all times, during the "in-chair" experience; they explain before hand almost every move they are about to make, during the procedure. Their business and customer service of Denistry are Keepers.
Have anyways enjoyed Madison Family Dentistry. The doctors are wonderful and the dental hygienist are very nice and efficient.
I dreaded the shots in the upper front of my mouth. Dr. Emily did an amazing job and I felt very little discomfort. She should teach others how to give those shots. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience! I feel that Dr. Emily is an excellent dentist. So glad I found you. Thank you!

Dr. Emily McIntosh and the staff at Madison Family Dentistry are friendly and highly skilled. The work they did took less time than I thought and I was pleased with the results. I've been going there for several years and have had consistently good experiences.
