I'm nervous whenever I have to have a dental procedure. Dr. Emily was so great, I didn't feel a thing! I was so happy to have such a positive experience to counteract the negative ones I've had with other dentists.

They listened too my concerns and took them into consideration during my 2.5 hour crown-prep appointment. They were running a few minutes late and we're kind enough to let me know. It was only about 10 minutes. I remember thinking if that was me causing them to run late, I would appreciate their time!
The women at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. After being taken to the back, the hygenist was friendly and provided me with information on different treatment options and projected cost associated with these options. At no time did they perform any procedure without first verifying I wanted it done, and making sure I understood the process. The staff was punctual, affable and thoughtful. We appreciated the short wait. The hygienists seem to enjoy being with people.
Dr. Emily and staff are wonderful. They are gentle with their work, and kind with their conversation.
I was seen early in the morning (7AM), which helps a lot in terms of my work day schedule. Dr. Paul was very friendly, informative, and courteous. He even stayed with me for a few minutes after my procedure to give me additional information and answer any questions I had. The girl assisting him was also very friendly and ensured I was comfortable. I will definitely recommend this office to everyone I know.
Dr. Emily McIntosh is my favorite dentist! She always makes sure the anesthesia is working properly before doing deep work and won't skimp on adding more if you have any discomfort at all. Very nice crew of people that work there, too!
