Couldn't be happier with the MediEquip location in South County! We needed a mobility scooter for my wife. I had done my research online so I pretty much knew the features that we were looking for. When we arrived Liz, the store manager, greeted us and I told her what we were looking for. She took into account our specifications and led us to the scooter that checked off all the boxes. To the sorry male employee who answered the phone at 12:50pm on Thursday October 26, 2023. You are a condescending prick. I'm not sure why you felt the need to snicker and giggle while asking me condescending questions. Not only that, but you also, without saying the exact words, refused to let us rent your power wheelchair. We asked to rent a power wheelchair. We Talked to Matt who was Awesome & Helped out a Lot , My mom was coming home from Rehab & we kept getting mixed answers about Equipment we needed & Insurance coverage or Not , So We Made 3 Stops total & Got all we needed , I didn't mind paying , (It's My Mother) but Matt was Very Helpful & I Reccomend this Place over others -
