I have found many of the staff at the Lindbergh store very rude. It’s like they hate their jobs. I have been going to this store for years with a consistent experience. Recently I had to switch to the Brentwood Quipt and the experience is like night and day. Very friendly and helpful staff! Will never go back to the location on Lindbergh in Sappington.
The staff here is awesome. They’re kind and efficient, and don’t try to oversell you on things you probably don’t need. This is a great place to get everything you need when life hits you in unexpected ways.
Abe at the West county location was a life saver! He took so much time to help me find exactly what my mother needed and the best way to get it quickly and efficiently! I will definitely be going back to Abe for any future equipment needs!!
The man who waited on me was extremely nice. Answered all my questions and even explained something's I didn't know. Showed me all the different kinds and the difference between them. Let me test drive one a few times just to see if how it felt and rode. End up getting it. Got it out today. Really enjoyed it. Get place to get one of these. Here is a video of my boyfriend testing it.
Specialty medical equipment, the people that run it are very nice.
