The sales representative assured me repeatedly that management had approved this deferment and that they "did not want to lose my business." If I could give zero stars I would. I have received nothing that I was offered during the sale. The VP emailed me on July 17th that we would connect. I have been trying to get into contact with him for 2 whole weeks with no response. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
