Terrible customer service. Don’t even bother! The customer service rep was not only extremely rude but wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without cutting me off. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and ended the call. I tried calling back multiple times and they wouldn’t answer. As a professional myself who works with the elderly, I can only imagine how they speak to those who have less knowledge about medical equipments and can’t advocate for themselves.
