I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1pm appointment today. I had been there 6 months ago but they still had me fill out updated medical info which is not a big deal. They called me back almost immediately which was nice. What wasn't nice was the waiting in the exam room. First I had to wait to get the xrays. Then after the xrays I was told to go back to the room and wait for the doctor. The nurse came in and put a blood pressure cuff on my arm then walked out...she never came back in for it. Waisted my time ,money, work just coming here, they take forever ,they said they have a special 79 dollars for visit x rays and basic cleaning but after everything they switch the price and tell u u need a deep cleaning for 800 dlrs and u dont get a basic cleaning but u end up paying 50 dlrs?? When the girl said it was 35 for the visit !!Doesn’t make any sense!! The place looks dirty everywhere and it doesn’t even look professional DONT EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME HERE.
I definitely recommend this place of business the staff is committed to informing the community especially got the chance to meet a very nice young lady at the Commander's House whom gave a interesting presentation of what MEDICOS provides which was educational
DONT GO TO THIS UNORGANIZED DENTIST! I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CLEANING AND HAD TO GET RESCHEDULED BECAUSE THEY HAD ME WAITING FOR 40 MINUTES ON THE CHAIR. I RESCHEDULED AND MADE SURE ILL BE HELPED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I SCHEDULED AN EARLIER TIME THINKING ILL BE HELPED SOONER, NOO THEY HAD ME WAITING ON THE CHAIR FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. I ASKED FOR HELP THEN GOT ATTITUDE FROM THE GIRL AT THE DESK. UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
I'm having my teeth worked on. My first visit was great . The staff and Dentist are great people. I feel comfortable when I go to my visits. They are very kind and helpful to your needs. The 2nd visit I had two rout canals done and a few feelings. Never felt any pain whatsoever. After I got home I felt a little pain . To be safe I took Tylenol. I'm even recommending my mother in law.
