I'm having my teeth worked on. My first visit was great . The staff and Dentist are great people. I feel comfortable when I go to my visits. They are very kind and helpful to your needs. The 2nd visit I had two rout canals done and a few feelings. Never felt any pain whatsoever. After I got home I felt a little pain . To be safe I took Tylenol. I'm even recommending my mother in law. Horrible staff, lazy and unprofessional. Basically forced me to choose a morning time only to find out it was set at the time they open and will not allow patients in until open! I arrived 35mins early just like all doctor appointments ask, to specifically do the paper work before hand. They could have communicated their opening time would affect the visit! I felt like my experience here was just completely unprofessional. The doctor/dentist hardly came in and when he did (twice) there was not any explanation on the procedures that needed to be done nor the health of my teeth. The assistant or whatever she was did not know how to do anything, every 5 minutes or so she had to keep calling in other assistants to come check her work or take over because she wasn’t sure what she was doing. Worst experience ever wouldnt recommend
This place does not deserve a star there the worst, I had never in my lifetime experienced the worst pain ever from a dentist the Dr started doing his job and the preparing was not done correctly so he calling the nurse and the nurse goes and looks for whatever he asked for she leaves and he leaves and leaves me there after he had already started and leaves and start a new Patient and I’m there with blood coming out my mouth cause there is nobody in there and he comes back 10 mins later to finish me off and I could still fee... read more
