fraudulent company that targets elderly people to pay premiums forever while they dont cover ANYthing.
Do NOT buy anything from this company. All they do is delay and deny claims. I am filing a consumer complaint with both the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and the BBB.
I have claims for ambulance and emergency room and hospital stay along with nine days in a nursing home. My agent and I have faxed as well as emailed claims my accident was on April 3rd so have been sending in claims in May and June. Supposedly a check went out on 7/23 to Zellis who sends the checks and they sent out on 7/24 from Florida. I’m in Wisconsin and have not received that one. There are five more claims with no news
Impossible to talk to anyone
Pray on elderly talked my wife with dementia into signing up taking months of our income causing my bank account to over draft. Poor business old folk beware
