My husband and I each took out cancer and hospital indemnity policies with Wellabe in October of 2025. My husband was diagnosed with cancer November 2,2025, I called and informed them of the diagnosis so they cancelled his cancer policy and sent back the premium for that. I sent in a claim for an outpatient surgery for Oct 30,2025 which was not approved, I sent in a claim for a visit to the emergency room oct 25, which was not approved, I turned in another claim for November 12. Great customer service and support! The best rates in the industry!
My agent recommended this company to replace BCBS of Arizona for part G of the Medicare plan due to increasing rates. Substantial savings for us. Applied with agent and it was a successful. On the reviews here I see poor customer service in reaching them ? A concern for us and Medico needs to improve here. Highest rating for the savings only !
