Entirely disappointed! Took my 9 month old son to the ER on 22 Feb 2026 after seeing certain symptoms. A urine sample was immediately required and sent for testing (takes 3 days to get results). Medication was prescribed and was I informed that I should provide an additional urine sample as the initial sample came back inconclusive. I took the additional urine sample to the ER on 26 Feb 2026, whereby I handed it to the admin staff at front desk. Ich bin wegen einer magen darm Erkrankung dort in die Notaufnahme gefahren. Von Anfang an habe ich mich so gut abgehoben gefühlt. Vom Empfang bis zum Chefarzt überall. Ich wurde komplett durchgecheckt. Und habe dort im bett mich ausruhen können mit einer Infusion,die mich wieder fit gemacht hat. Und es kam immer eine Krankenschwester und hat kurz geschaut ob alles okay ist. Bin so sehr sehr sehr zufrieden dort gewesen zu sein. Und nochmals vielen DANK an das ganze Team ❤️ 09.01.2026
