Took a friend there with a fractured toe was told they don't do walk ins until certain times. even though all of these clinics advertise walk ins, afew will straight out refuse you now.
Unlike the two negative reviews I read, I had a great experience (those reviews are older, so things have evidently changed drastically) . I'm from out of town and mistook the clinic for a walk-in. Despite it not being one and despite not having any appointment whatsoever, the cheerful receptionist got me in to see Dr. Wong anyway. He was super attentive, patient, took a great deal of time to explain my previous test results and even found some errors made by my previous physician. They don't know how to answer a phone! I was trying to find the exact location of the building as maps didn't show. So I called 8! Yes 8 times and still no luck! So I had to drive around lots to find it. Then once I came inside I was very clear with the staff that either their phones don't work or they are not doing their job! So needless to say I wasn't my usually pleasant self, I take ownership I was a little rude, but mainly frustrated to see 4 front end workers and not one knew how to answer a call!!!
