I went shopping for a new car, went to 4 different dealerships including Nissan, I ended up picking the kicks from them, the service from Francis was awesome, we came to a good agreement and I went into the financing office. The guy didn’t want to approve me because of some stupid collections that shouldn’t have been there in the first place as I had paid the bill, somehow it got sent to collections, it was close to being off my record yet he said Nissan wouldn’t do the financing but said he would talk to them and see. Poor service hours and expensive.
Awesome service from Dani
Having experienced customer service at Dodge, Toyota, and Kia; I can now say that Nissan's customer service is the worst. After leaving my car with them for over a week, they still can't give me an ETA of the parts, they don't call back when they say the would, and they wouldn't provide a loaner vehicle as well. If you visit them for services where you've to pay out of your pocket then you get the best treatment but if it's something covered under the warranty then they consider you a waste of their time.
