At first they were great. Driver is nice. My problem, which is quite serious ,is that once or twice a week they do not show up. I am homebound so if I don't get to my phone they just leave. They should at least knock on my door. They haven't been to my door for 8 days!!!!! I've been on the phone in tears begging them to come. He said no because they were almost closed. Disrespectful, treated me badly!
Lacks ethical behaviour you expect from a healthcare facility. They do not care about patients unless it involves money.
They have terrible customer service. Would not recommend going here
