I have been with Medici and Dr Sonny since 2017. He has helped me maintain back health and pain after three surgeries. I've also been to the Surgical Center for RFAs and Epidurals which have helped so much. Highly Recommend!
They do care, just busy I guess
I came to this clinic in April for a required “pre op” apt. After a 3 hour wait and quick evaluation, I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule my procedure. I finally got contacted in July and was told I would have to pay for ANOTHER “required pre op” visit since it had been over 30 days since my last apt in order to receive an injection. The communication was not optimal, and it is way too unorganized for out of town patients who travel to come there.
Very caring, straightforward, and helpful.
