They do care, just busy I guess
I came to this clinic in April for a required “pre op” apt. After a 3 hour wait and quick evaluation, I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule my procedure. I finally got contacted in July and was told I would have to pay for ANOTHER “required pre op” visit since it had been over 30 days since my last apt in order to receive an injection. The communication was not optimal, and it is way too unorganized for out of town patients who travel to come there.

I saw Dr Sonny Dosanjh after getting into a car accident. I’d never been in an accident and was shocked at how much pain I was experiencing. A chiropractor recommended pain management, specifically Medici and I’m so glad he did. Dr Sonny took the time to review my MRIs, all my aches and pains and was careful with me as I have a history of strokes. A family member who has a very extensive medical history went to Medici Medical through a referral hoping to receive help and solutions to help them with pain. The MD did not do any physical examination and immediately suggested surgery . The MD suggested a pain pump without even a physical exam. We believe this should be a last resort for someone.
