I am writing this for downstairs Medicentres clinic ,102. Doctor is good in fact very good,kind and give you enough time to listen your problem regarding health issues and do the needful accordingly. I visited the clinic 3/4 times and found the doctor very supportive and kind. The frontdesk staff needs to be more supportive. She judge a patient which is not a right thing. she should be kind and supportive to the patients. I am writing this for downstairs Medicentres clinic ,102. Doctor is good. The frontdesk staff needs to either change her behavior or she should be shifted to some other place. She judge a patient which is not her right. She is not suitable for the duty she should be replaced immediately. I asked her to see the doctor again for a minute to clear my doubts regarding my blood test reports, she immediately bluntly staring at me and said doctor is speaking on phone. I keep on waiting. Dr's here are top notch. The staff is awful. Long time patient, has typical wait times for walk in and appointments. Often have to call throughout the day for multiple days in a row just to get through to make an appointment. On multiple occasions I ended up going down in person after not being able to get through. On one occasion, I went down after checking online and their automated call in hours, found it staffed but locked. Hours on the door showed open.
