The doctors are all lovely. They work hard. Have good bedside manner. The receptionists are a particularly special brand of inept however, and seem to care very little about professionalism or doing the job right the first time. I tried to make an appointment, and the receptionist told me "Oh, you don't need to make an appointment for that, we can FastTrack you." So she dissuaded me from making an appointment. the worst experience ever- way too sad as Canadian Healthcare doctors are trying to be ‘professional bullies.’ I arrived at 12:30 for my 1pm appointment and waited till 1:35 and doctor was sitting in the other room keeping me waiting. The front-desk staff asked me to try Medi centres on the other side of town while I arrived half and hour early for my appointment in the first place. Wish there was option for zero stars for health professionals and front desk staff.

This location has gone down hill big time. Book a appointment and still have to wait a hour before I can see the doctor even though it's not busy. Reception never answers the phone and I have been on hold for 20+ minutes each time I try to call into talk to someone at the front desk and they try to push you online nothing online can answer your question.

You should change your hours to what they actually are. You advertise you are open on Mondays from 9am-9pm yet here I am calling at 4 pm only to find out your clinic is closed
