RecommendedIn this time of crisis, we should learn patience. Especially me! They always help you just have to have patience. I complained the other day about Family Drug the other day and I was wrong. They do everything they can to help.

They are professional and helpful. It's always pleasant talking to the staff there. Plus they do not overcharge for prescriptions. I had a medication I got for my son at a chain pharmacy last week. Today I refilled it at Family Drug. Family Drug charged me 8% of the price the chain pharmacy charged. Instead of a 3 figure price tag, it was only 1 figure. I can't praise them enough!
They are honest and dependable but the little girls that work there are usually scantly dressed.
Family drug is the absolute friendliest pharmacy I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. It doesn’t matter who is working, they are all very very friendly. Their prices are reasonable and since I’ve been a customer there, they’ve never not had my medications in stock. And most medications, even if it’s an unusual item, they can have it the next day. Professional and courteous every time we have used this business great customer service💯
Fred took care of my mother (with Suzi (sp?) helping also for 25+ years. She could be a handful sometimes but they always took time to explain things to her, check on her, and most importantly treat her like a person with a name-not just a DOB & Rx number. I trust Family Drug more than any pharmacy I’ve ever used. I moved to Sesser but still make the drive because of the loyalty they have earned.
