I work here as a representative - I started as a temp/contractor and then was offered a full-time position after six months based off my performance. They were clear upfront being hired was based off my performance and business needs. It was a good stepping stone for me, I started as a rep and then was promoted outside the care center to another position. I think there are about 4-5 of us who were promoted. DON'T COME WORK HERE I was promised a full-time position at Genoa after 6 months of working there. Three months in and they had 3 people, including myself, fired for BS reasons. Their excuse is that I didn't meet their requirements and that I fell asleep. My job is to call patients. That's all I do. Their company computer system that generates phone numbers for us to call was down. It was broken ever since I started working there. The job pace was really slow. There were no patients to call.
