Accounting Department customer service is very helpful. No long waits and always pleasant on the phone.
Customer service is amazing. BUT, only 3stars because I always have to check my auto-payment bill because they do not always file insurance on medications. Every month, I find one or two and have to call customer service to have them make an adjustment. Again, the customer service is AMAZING! They take care of everything. This last experience, the agent actually called me back to let me know what the new invoice amount that would be charged to me. She also noted that there was another medication not filed with insurance from... read more
