We have been using MMP for over a year now. We’ve had no problems with their handling of orders or billing. They have amazing customer service! Staff are always pleasant and courteous when contacted by phone, and any questions or problems resulting from the facility they contract out with are handled efficiently.

Jessica is a tremendous asset to your organization. She is a top notch brand representative for Medication Management. All of my concerns were addressed. She is knowledgeable, patient, and relates well to her customer via the phone, which is one of the more challenging interactions a customer service rep can have. Customer service is amazing. BUT, only 3stars because I always have to check my auto-payment bill because they do not always file insurance on medications. Every month, I find one or two and have to call customer service to have them make an adjustment. Again, the customer service is AMAZING! They take care of everything. This last experience, the agent actually called me back to let me know what the new invoice amount that would be charged to me.
