This place does not answer the phone. Receptionist is rude the moment you walk in. Completed my test without being told where the bathroom was, just left to figure it out, doctor was gone when I came back because I had more questions. Not a goodbye or anything, then had to knock on his door and wait to continue my scheduled appointment. So rude! Now cant get a hold of them this entire following week to follow up on results.
Same issues as the rest of the reviews that have been left here. I have had multiple negative experiences with this practice. Doctor shows up 30-45 minutes after opening and taking walk-in appts. I’ve seen a couple doctors here and both are arrogant, unprofessional and have terrible bed side manner especially the Female doctor. We brought our two-year-old in with a high fever, weakness, and obvious distress, yet despite the staff being aware of how unwell our child was, the doctor prioritized their break and kept us waiting nearly forty minutes. When the doctor eventually entered, they were recording us without consent using a microphone. The lack of urgency and the breach of privacy made this a deeply disappointing and unsafe experience.
It says they’re open till 8:30 pm and I was there with my kid at 7:45 pm but they rejected to see my kid! Awful experience! If you’re closing at 7:30 at least update your info!!
