I wish I could give negative stars, they give you an appointment date a week in advance then make you wait 1 hour on the appointment date. How about not booking 500 extra people if you know you have multiple appointments on a day. Absolute disgusting, unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour honestly I'd rather just die then have idiots waste my time like this.
Dr. Shelly Sharma is lovely, she is friendly, kind, and is actually dealing with my many issues. I definitely recommend her.
Today, I called ahead for a walk-in appointment, and they confirmed that I could come in and wait 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived at 10:45 AM and ended up waiting until 12:15 PM for the appointment. At 12:29 PM, I informed the reception to cancel my appointment. If there were already scheduled appointments, I believe walk-ins should not be accepted, as it wastes everyone’s time.
We booked appointment to see the doctor but still waited for one hour after appointment to see the doctor. i don’t understand why the book the appointment if it’s not going to be on time it’s basically first come first serve instead of appointment.
Worst, and the receptionist working on weekends is rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give them 0 star.
