Even the appointment was booked I waited for 2 hours
Doctor are really good the problem with their reception team every time I call them they always put my call on hold even without asking and i have to wait for 15 minutes every time. Why they don’t hire more and good staff for this . This is ridiculous
This place is consistently busy, and seems to always over book themselves. You can make an appointment, show up early and they still won't see you until an hour past. The doctors themselves are great, but they have to figure out the scheduling issues.
no appointment given when you call them , they just say you can just walk in and ended up waiting for more than 2 hours. disgusting
