Highly unprofessional staff, jokes about clients while other patients are waiting. The girl will the specs has crazy attitude problem. I don’t usually give negative reviews but this time I couldn’t hold back. Btw, no complaints or grudges with doctor. Visit date and time- Sept 19, 2026 @ 1:00 pm
There is no rule regulation in this clinic. They would tell you walk in clinic is untill 2pm and then they will not take you at 1 pm. Not just one time but many occasions.

"I had a very bad patient service experience today August 1 at 9:15 am. There was a receptionist—an Indian one—and I asked if they were accepting new patients. During our conversation, it was obvious she was in a hurry, and she was very rude. She always cuts me off evertime I speak and she is very rude. While I was still speaking, she hung up on me.
