I had a very disappointing experience while trying to book and attend an appointment at this clinic. Unfortunately, my appointments were cancelled multiple times without any prior communication. I visited the clinic twice, only to find out that my scheduled appointments were no longer available. When I tried to address the issue, I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and, at times, dismissive. We are so grateful to have Dr. Ogunmokun as our family GP. He is kind, caring and thorough. And the staff and MOAs at Medicare are great to work with - clear, friendly and organized.
I am writing about Gord in the pharmacy. He has always been extremely pleasant and helpful as is his coworker. I now goto him for all my vaccines and also twice Costco has not been able to fill my prescriptions because they are out of stock and both times he was able to quickly fill the prescriptions. I also found costco to be unorganized and long waits for vaccines where as he is quick and efficient.
The doctor I have here is so polite work with me well and makes it understandable
