1st CL assistant, delightful and couldn't be more helpful. 2nd unfortunately, a serious-faced middle aged assistant, was curt, robotic, seemingly challenging when there was no challenge and clearly disappointed with her job. Nevertheless, it's a pleasant environment to wait for that magic number to be called. (The curt lady lost CL B'leigh a star)
Needed to add my son who just arrived from NZ to my Medicare card. Person at reception was very rude. After waiting 20 minutes I saw someone who had no idea what I needed to do. They consulted with a colleague and then gave me a form to fill out. It transpired that it was the wrong form. Wasted my time. Sorted it out on another day over the phone without someone who actually knew what they were doing.
Unreliable computer systems. Not very fast or informative.
Called to get some assistance with online applications & I was on hold for half an hour till I spoke to someone who had no idea how to help me and kept me on the phone for another half hour just to tell me that he can’t get in contact with anyone that can help him help me . How did he get the job 💤
