Been with them for more than 10 years... sometime good... sometime not so good...but isn't everything like that? Last 4 years...good. accommodating and courteous...four stars...I'm just speaking for me.

Just horrible can’t never get thru then when if u do so you can tell them to be pick up after you done wit ur appt. the wait is outrageous I remember I waited over 2 hrs after I called multiple times and even the doctor office called multiple times I had to wait outside the doctor office because they had closed then on top of that had to use the bathroom so I can to walk all the way to crystal run in Middletown just so I can use the bathroom and once again couldn’t even get thru to tell again do can to walk back to the offic... read more

Can’t get a hold of them whatsoever, both mailboxes for each number “hasn’t been set up” Drivers are unprofessional and reckless. Try any other car service ,but this one. I wish I could give them zero stars. If you care remotely about yourself or your loved one- wildly reconsider sending them/yourself with this car service, they’re awful.
