medicap is by far the best pharmacy in the area. They always go above and beyond for my prescriptions. We have used them for 3 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Every time there is a hiccup in the prescription or a price difference they ALWAYS call first and make sure it is ok. No surprises with anything!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!
RecommendedSteve and Cindy have a heart for the Lord and it shows in how they run their business and treat their customers. It is still a small town run business and not a “machine” like everyone else.

My son was diagnosed with strep throat, and wouldn’t be able take a first dose of medicine till night time. After a stressful day at work, I drive home to Willis, then realized that I forgot to pick up the medicine. It was 5:45 PM, and their normal hours are until 6 PM. The people at Medicap really care. They treat their clients like family. They go out of their way to meet our needs.
Told them to order drugs NOT from India or China. Both prescription drugs were from India. REGARDLESS that we said no drugs from India, Medicap gave us BOTH FROM INDIA. One company is Aurobindo Unit 4 that received NINE violations on their last FDA inspection report. Losartan from Medicap was from Aurobindo Unit 3. Was Aurobindo Unit 3 as filthy as Unit 4? No FDA inspection report on Unit 3 is available.
I dropped my child’s medicine (serizure medicine!). No other pharmacy keeps it in stock because it’s a high priced drug. These guys had it in stock and can get it faster than ALL the other pharmacies!! And they worked my with insurance (Kroger told me I had to call and figure it out!). Saved my life! I am now a proud customer of MEDICAP!
Once again I am going to RAVE about Medicap Pharmacy! Yesterday and today Kristin worked a long time getting my prescriptions done at the lowest price when some unexpected glitches took place. The personal attention they gave to me was amazing! The entire team at Medicap is AMAZING! I can always count on them to take care of things! If you’re it using Medicap then you are missing out!
