I had a really frustrating and concerning experience with this clinic. When my doctor left, I (and friends who were also on her list) were told she was no longer practicing medicine, which wasn’t true. I had to track her down myself online to continue my care at her new clinic. Dr. Osama Bouzedi was great! We came as a walk in with my child who had a fever, and Dr. Osama was so great with them throughout a thorough examination, getting a full history, asking for permission to check this and that in a playful way, talking though what he was doing and why with my child. Very helpful and kind!
This place’s waiting time to see a GP is crazy even after booking an appointment with the GP. Literally feels like you are at the hospital which is unacceptable. Your GP should be easily accessible. Even trying to book an appointment, you find yourself booking in 4 to 5 weeks to find an appointment. Very frustrating experience on my end.
