As discharge planner, Medical One’s team handleed wound vac cases for us in as little time as possible. They are very easy to work with. They are now our first call for high acuity cases.
Fantastic experience after my knee replacement! In-home pt was tough but I knew recovery was going to be tough anyway. Nurse Tai was always on time, communicated well, and made sure the incision was healing properly. Great communication from the front office as well, especially from Administrator Victoria.
