Christine is very knowledgeable and experienced in Neuro Kinetic Therapy. We did a lot of muscle testing in our session together and she was able to quickly identify some acute and problematic imbalances which have been contributing to my back and hip issues. She taught me some very useful stretches and movements which I have been using at home to improve my mobility and reduce pain.
