Well since this post Charles has notified me that they will not be charging me or my ins for any care giving. With that being said I can't say they charge for things that they don't do because they didn't charge me at all. Very Clever Charles.
Oscar,Charles, and Sanda are in is this. They cover for one another. They charge your ins for time and things they dont and havent did. So please watch your billsDid tell me a time or date they would be at my house. When ask Charles said this and I quote " You on home health and a don't got to give a time because you are supposed to be home.' I'm reporting them to the Feds and asking for another agency.
These folks took great care of our uncle. They were reliable, responsible and really seem to care. The office staff (Oscar) were always available to help with our issues even on the weekends.
I work for this company and I truly love working in home health care. The medical field is where my heart is, and I love my clients so much. Thank you Oscar for this opportunity. I have been working for Medicall for about 9 months now. My biggest problem with Medicall Home Health Services is that I did not know about them sooner. Oscar get your company name out to more employment sites. Thanks
