When I started the program in August of 2015 I was desperate.l didn't feel good and I was 30 plus pounds overweight. I started the diet on October 1st, 2015 and as of today, October 7th, 2015, I have lost 8 pounds!!! The people at the clinic are very helpful and knowledgeable and truly care about you and your success! I would recommend this to people of all ages. I am 52 years old and am a firm believer that you are never to old to get your life back on the healthy road to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
