It’s been almost 1 year since I walked in. I didn’t feel to hopeful that I would succeed as I tried many other methods to lose weight this has changed my life. Every one is encouraging I wasn’t required to buy any products from them and I wasn’t forced to eat anything I didn’t like. I met my main goals in about 7 months and I’ve been maintaining the last 5 months. Every one is different but this was the key for me.
So supportive and a great plan!
