They explain things very well and are truly really happy when you are succeeding. They truly want the best for everyone.
Love, love, love this new lifestyle. Weight is coming off as I am learning an entirely new way of eating. I so enjoy having an awesome meal and feeling satisfied afterwards instead of having that I am so full all I can think about is a nap feeling. I'm still not perfect and probably never will be but that is ok. I am losing, feeling so much better about myself and this time I know I will make my goal weight in due time.
This program is what people need if they want to lose weight and keep it off.
