Met with the Great People at Medical Weightloss Center of Fargo. We developed a plan to eat healthier. Was there for 4 hrs and was worth it. Loved how he told me to not buy fat free or light anything except for beverages. He said when its fat free or light all they do is add more sugar for flavor. I'm set up with a plan and hope to follow it. So far today was first day and I nailed it. I lost 70 lb in about 9 months!! Love the whole Team, they are all so supportive and friendly. My first day was long video watching and i thought oh this is not gonna work!
