Office Staff is terrible Bad Experience. The office staff was rude. They overcharged me (made me pay a specialist copay) for a regular visit. I said that was incorrect and asked them to call the insurance company to verify... Their response: "We don't call insurance companies.." I had to have the insurance company contact them to explain it. I went back two weeks later for a followup visit.... the front desk person AGAIN insisted that I pay a specialist fee and WOULD NOT refund me for the first visit....I will not go back to... read more
fantastic I had to go somewhere because I ran out of my medication on the weekend and my dr was Not in on the weekends so I found dr g and to my surprise he was very concerned and listened To what I was saying not just get in and get out.I'm thinking about changing my primary care Phys to dr g he was great and the staff was great too.my experiance with them was fantastic
Excellent Care I found both the office staff and the Doctor to be very friendly and, most importantly, helpful. There was virtually no wait (which I've never experienced anywhere!), and the Doctor was very good about explaining what was wrong (asthmatic bronchitis). I would absolutely go back here!
Avoid it with Children Our regular pediatrician was on vacation. Instead of seeing the on-call dr, I decided to bring the children to Medical Walk Iin. Waited over an hour until the front nurse came out to tell me that Dr. Bahsin would not treat my children. Why? Because they were 5 and 3. Excellent treatment all through out I disagree with the previous review. The staff is great!!!! They really go over and beyond than they have to. I was there on a weekend and was in so much pain and the doctor recommended I see a chiropractor. The girl at the front desk helped me track a chiropractor that was open on a weekend and would see someone on an emergency basis. She called a few and didn't stop until she found me one. My suggestion is to the previous is to maybe find another pharmacy.
Doctor great, but office staff lacking Hi,I have been going there for several years, and think Dr. G is a great doctor. Unfortunately, the staff does not seem to have a good reputation with local pharmacies. My own pharmacy stated that the office staff will ignore their repeated calls and faxes, and that happened with my own case on at least two occasions in the past several months. They rock! They're open when others aren't - they're friendly, and most of important of all - they know their stuff. No matter which of the Doctors you get, they all do an excellent job, and they all care about you, and after a few visits, they remember you, and check up on how you're doing. Honestly, I haven't had a doctor, or doctors office like that since old man Jake Lewis passed away in Freehold Boro. Any of you that have lived in Freehold for any time will know who I am talking about.
They were there when others weren't My daughter was very sick, and her regular pediatrician was unable to see her right away. The office nurse told me to either take her to the emergency room or to a walk-in medical center. I opted for the latter, and took her to Freehold Walk-In Medical Center. I'm so glad I did!
