Great concept. There isn't anything like it in Central Florida for independent physicians. They allow a doctor to reduce the risk of expansion when adding an additional location(s) by providing a ton of support - referrals from other medical tenants, introductions to doctors, marketing, and the stability from having over 10 locations throughout Florida. You feel like part of a family there.

Medical Villages has a great operation and it is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who would like to get away from big hospitals or groups, to venture out on their own and have their own private practice. They have many other services that can also help the physicians practice from Medical supplies to staffing. A+

If you are a prospective physician considering this place as your future home, RUN. These people, particularly Tim Majors are scam artists. They deliver none of what they claim. Their family practices(which this entire scheme is predicated on) sees 8 pxs a day on average. They actually lose large sums on all their family practices. They don't care because its all about selling the building. Their business is a real estate model. They will sell the building for 30 times what they paid based on your lease agreement.
