DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I reserved a ride to the Formula One race in Miami months ahead of time with confirmation. They never showed up and didn’t take any responsibility. I ended up calling A Wheelchair Rider Driver Connect Dispatch and they were very happy to send someone last minute to pick me up. As Wheelchair users, we know how important a reliable taxi is, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company
I called Alex in a moment of panic and desperation as I was trying to get my mom out of a very incompetent hospital but needed a transportation company with a stretcher. He was super helpful, professional and sympathetic to my situation. I asked him if he could make it the same day and he made it happen in only a matter of hours. The transporters called ahead of time to provide me with an ETA and even showed up a little early. They were both very kind and patient. My mom and I are very grateful for the services provided.
I am beyond please with the care and kindness that I received when transporting my husband. This is truly a wonderful company. I highly recommend them!!
