Was screamed at and degraded by the manager Richard due to a patient going to an appointment who the driver apparently did not come to pickup . This manager named Richard called where I worked 4 times and went as far as to accuse me of abuse and neglect . He came to where I worked and continued to tell lies . Prayers for your company . This is my first and probably last time I will use this service. It started out okay when I called Monday October 9, 2023 at 11:52 Am. The Lady I spoke with was very polite and told me they would arrive at 7:00 AM on Wednesday October 11, 2023. I comments that I only lived a mile from my destination. She explained (politely, the driver had to show up at 7:00 AM. Fair enough. Tuesday October 10, 2023 at 9:00 AM, I received a reminder call and was told to be ready at 6:30 AM.
