My father received an oxygen concentrator from this company. He was later put on hospice and they sent a different concentrator. Company was called to pick up concentrator. They did not. Two weeks later my father passed away. They were supposed to pick up following Monday. No one showed. Mama called. Got an excuse. Suppose to be there Tuesday no show. I have to say I felt that they were only friendly and helpful upon my first visit to get my supplies and cpap machine, so basically just for my money. After that, it was just negative and never improved. First, I was told my insurance paid 100% of my cpap machine, and after 6 months started getting a rental fee. I asked about that and they said that was normal, even though I was told I had no rental fee when I first when there. Second, I needed my machine to be adjusted for the settings.
