They have provided excellent service for our medical office for over 15 years. Their fees are very reasonable and have saved us a lot of money. Their employees are professional and courteous. Highly recommend!!!!

Company will charge for pick-ups (and even notate it on invoices) when services are not actually rendered. Attempted to correct issue with representative Edith, who ended up being rude and defensive and wasn't able to provide any actual time frames of when the driver was supposedly here. DO NOT RECOMMEND. **Edit: After a response from over a year later after this initial issue, they had come on a day that was not scheduled for and came outside of the business hours that we had on file with the company.

MSDI partnered with UCHealth to provide the sharps containers at our mass vaccine event. Their service was excellent and they supported throughout our weekend.
