RecommendedMy daughter is on the Spectrum so new people aren't her thing, as well as many other things we all encounter daily. MSS makes her feel comfortable, listens to her & helps her feel comfortable in her skin. She as grown with her body awareness & vocalizing how she's feeling. She even tries to ask for what she needs, still in progress though. I am satisfied with what they have done for my daughter & I recommend them to anyone looking for support. I am so glad I heard about MSS. My son loves going, more so for watching his friends. Nicole is so patient with him and pushes him to go his best, which isn't easy with a 15 month old! The whole team at MSS Mt Pleasant are all friendly and caring. Thank you helping my baby get on track!
The team of therapists that MSS has assembled is absolutely amazing. They are some of the kindest, most compassionate, patient, and flexible individuals I have ever met. Treatment plans are completely individualized, and adjusted as necessary so that my kiddo is always being challenged to meet new goals. He’s never sold short, they never let him take the easy way out, which is very important to our family. 10/10 🌟

The therapists are amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better PT than Divya. She was so patient, fun and great to be around. She has a way to always make the kids feel like they are running the show without letting chaos ensue. We will miss our support team but it’s great to know our peanut is where she needs to be now!
If you are looking for physical, occupational, or speech therapy for your child, this is definitely the place to go! From the front desk staff to the therapists, everyone is so kind and it is easy to see that they all have a passion for helping kids. At MSS, the therapists make therapy fun and I often forget that I am doing work because they turn all activities into games and a good time. There are always lots of smiles and giggles! I have made tremendous progress thanks to this incredible facility!!

All 3 of my kiddos have had a need for some type of therapy. Between them we’ve seen every discipline at Medical Support Services. Our experience there has been fantastic, from the therapists to the administrative team, everyone is not only professional, but also welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean, spacious and very inviting to children. My kids actually look forward to going to therapy! My son Rainer spent 2 of his 3 years with Medical Support Services and he finally "graduated" last Tuesday. It was bittersweet, he adores his therapist Kylie and even asked today when his next visit would be. I highly reccomend this company for your child's therapeutic needs!❤
