I have been with this company on and off for the past 8+ years. I’m a CNA. Somebody once told me they don’t pay enough. Well honey, it’s not all about the money. It’s about how the company treats you. I have seen this company grow from the ground up. I have had some highs with this company and I have had some lows but my highs out weigh my lows-I can tell you that. They don’t judge you or treat you different from the next person. Everybody is respected on the same level regardless of your job title. #Team Lafayette 👏🏽👏🏽
