My husband checked in at 9:55 for a 10:00 appointment. No labs needed this was a follow up. We inquired 3 times. The receptionist has horrible customer service skills we have been here now for an hour and 20 minutes and get no help what so ever. Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced at a doctors office. Over 9 people have gone in since we have been here. I would never ever recommend this place. Especially how rude the ladies at the desk are!
Had to change primary care doctor for my wife after 20 years and myself after 7.The whole office is in shambles. I have been to Dr Scott Leiser 5 times and my wife 2 times.The only thing he did perfect is he never touched either of us once.Just sat and looked at the screen.How can you examine someone like that.Called and asked manager Juan to give us the name of a urologist for my wife.Was told he would call me back.Never did.No explanation why.No apology. After Dr Ojea left the place died.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The office called ME to schedule annual appoint 3 months ago. I called today to confirm my appointment in January. Was told oh, I have no idea why they scheduled you, we cannot see yiu. Why, because I canceled 5-6 appointments. NOT true, I canceled 3, one was because my husband was in the hospital. The second, I gave 6 weeks notice. And the third was a conflict on BOTH sides
