Horrible service from the beginning. I called to make an appointment for my son. I was told by the answering service to make an appointment at the website which I did . I was never told that this appointment will have to be over video conference by anyone or not on my email that I received confirming the appointment. STAY AWAY! If you are a patient requiring serious ongoing care, I recommend you NOT visit Dr. Patel. He does little more than stare at his computer screen during consultations and uses his own brand of an unreliable pharmacy. His staff is rude and have no clue how to interact with patients; even when they are wrong. He fails to followup and basically only cares about you when it's time for a copay.
