Someone needs to reign in Roper’s billing practices. I continue to be erroneously billed and violating my rights by fraudulently selling my info to collection agencies when I DO NOT OWE THEM MONEY! I have a PRIMARY and SECONDARY insurance that has NOT changed since 2018, are in network and cover ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of my allowed costs. I have called and called and no one addresses the issue. I even contacted their corporate compliance office. No one ever contacted me back.
