This company calls almost daily wanting to refill my supplies. Now when my doctor sent in an order for a new machine over a week ago and they can’t seem to be able to get that done but still call almost daily to REFILL for my old machine. I am looking for other supply options.
I have cpap machine. Large mask fit but xl was more comfortable. Told them this. Received large. Called. Rude customer service. Never received xl mask. Follow up with doctor at sleep study. Told her. She noted ordered xl mask for me 2 weeks ago. No mask. Do not recommend.
Horrible company. No compassion. No real help. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
