Horrible experience with this company. My appointment to get my c-pap machine was ridiculous. Employee just got back from vacation and was completely unorganized, didn’t have my insurance correct, rushed through the appointment, and provided me with one of the worst masks ever. Somebody did not input my insurance correctly because to this very day, I’m having issues with harassing phone calls about updating my insurance with them. There’s nothing to update. Idk why other reviews report problems since I have had mostly a good experience. Maybe it's a particular employee? Not sure.
