The delivery people do not give any information about how things work and how to use them. When need oxygen to breath that is absolutely unacceptable. There is no excuse for not leaving institutions with the equipment. Especially when delivery has no idea what's going on. My husband had to spend 1/2 of an hour on the phone to figure things out. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Very disappointed
I wish I could leave a negative stars review. This place has given us the run around for a week now. My 4 year old fractured his tibia - every time I call to get this sorted out I am given a new excuse "we need this, we don't have this." After all that, I was finally told "you're going to have a wheelchair delivered for your son"." When I called to follow up to see when it was coming I was told now it's an insurance problem and we were never getting a wheelchair. HORRIBLE customer service, horrible experience all around. Quite honestly, if there were a "zero star rating", that is what I would choose. My father has used this company for years using his insurance to pay for supplies. He has consistently had EXTENSIVE customer service issues but just wasn't sure where he should go for what he needed. And after my experience yesterday, I completely agree with what he told me. Absolutely incompetent! Three weeks of back and forth to get supplies to breath! Called and they were missing this, drs office called and gave them what was needed. Called back ready for pick up. Go to pick up, we are missing information from drs office. Drs office calls, equipment has been picked up. Umm what? Nope! Thank god I’m not relying on this company to keep me alive!
I have been with MSC for several years now , and am very satisfied . About a year ago I received a defective water bowl , and after contacting them , they replaced it in a timely manner .
